HOW TO CLEANSE

PRE-CLEANSE

The pre-cleanse is just as important as the cleanse itself. In order to prepare your body for the transition from solid food to juice, we’d advise eating raw, clean food for at least 3 days before you start your cleanse.

   Mix warm water with lemon juice to jumpstart your digestive system
   A healthy serving of fruit to brighten your day
   Raw salad with a clean dressing—try extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) with a splash of lemon juice!
   Repeat that raw salad or go for a warm, low-sodium vegetable broth

Remember

The day before your cleanse is an important one. Indulging before your cleanse will only make the next day that much harder. The earlier you start preparing, the smoother the transition will be.

 

 

 

DURING CLEANSE

Starting a cleanse is as simple as 1, 2, 3.

1. Once you’ve received your juices, keep them refrigerated at all times.
2. Unopened bottles must be finished within 3 days from the date of delivery.
3. Your body will be reaping all the benefits of our raw juices during the next couple of cleanse days. Enjoy!

Getting Started

To get the most out of your cleanse, remember to wake your system up with warm water and lemon juice. Each juice comes with a number. Just follow the order and drink up! Try to consume at least 1 juice every 2 hours, but be sure to have your last bottle at least two hours before bedtime (so that your digestive system can get some rest too).

Load up on herbal teas and water to keep yourself hydrated.

How To Survive

Treat yourself! Take an Epsom salt bath, exfoliate, get a massage—detox, detox, detox! Don’t overexert yourself. Some light exercise to sweat out the nasty toxins will do. Always remember to listen to your body and take it easy— inhale the good, exhale the bad.

Remember

If (and we say if!) you really, really need to, have some low-sodium vegetable broth, cucumber, celery, avocado, or apple, to quell that hunger. Cleanse on!

 

 

 

POST CLEANSE

Take your time transitioning back to solid foods—we won’t want to undo all that we’ve accomplished. Steer clear of dense foods at least 3 days after a cleanse as they are more difficult to digest. Take it slow and ease back into your normal eating habits.

   Raw, water-dense fruits such as berries, melons, and citrus to kick-start your day.
   Energise with goodness such as leafy greens and raw, water-dense veggies. A drizzle of EVOO and lemon juice works great here!
   Clear vegetable soup with similar water-dense veggies and leafy greens will help you to have a good night’s rest.
